Arrival and key pick up
You can pick up the keys to your vacation rental between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at our office in De Haan, Leopoldlaan 19.
If you can’t make it during those hours and would like to arrive later, please let us know, and we’ll arrange for a key locker.
We’ll also arrange for a key locker if you arrive on a Wednesday or Sunday.

Where can I park?
This apartment does not have its own parking space.
Don’t worry, though—you can park for free anywhere in De Haan.
In some places, however, you do need to display a parking disc.

There is a bike storage area in the garage.
Need a charging plug for your car?
The municipality of De Haan is also busy installing charging stations.

Would you like to rent sheets and/or towels?
We don’t rent out sheets and/or towels ourselves, but we do work with an external partner in De Haan for this.

Where can I dispose of my trash?
Please dispose of your trash in the underground containers on the trash collection street at Christianaplein.
The containers are equipped with a payment terminal. The fee is 1 euro per use, and the trash must be packed in small bags with a maximum capacity of 30 liters. Trash bags are provided in the apartment.
TO PREVENT NUISANCE TO NEIGHBORS, IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO PLACE YOUR TRASH ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE LOCATION MENTIONED ABOVE.

We are available during office hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), except on Wednesdays and Sundays, at 059 23 50 01 or info@woestyn.be
If you need urgent assistance outside of office hours, you can reach us at 059 41 85 81.
If you notice upon arrival that something is not quite right, please report it immediately using the contact information above. We will do everything necessary to assist you as quickly as possible.

All good things must come to an end.
Unfortunately, your vacation is also coming to an end.
Please return the key to your vacation rental to our office in De Haan, Leopoldlaan 19, by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you’re leaving on a Wednesday or Sunday, you can drop the key in our mailbox.
Final cleaning is included, but we do ask that you take care of the following:
- sweep the floors
- the kitchen and kitchen appliances must be cleaned (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
- the dishes must be washed and the dishwasher emptied
- the refrigerator must be empty, cleaned, turned off, and left with the door open
- don’t forget to turn off the heat
- empty all trash cans
- remove all trash (garbage bags, paper, magazines, newspapers, flyers, etc.)
- Close the windows
- Remove all food scraps (including those in the cabinets)
- Bring the patio furniture inside
- Remove dust, hair, crumbs, and sand from the sofas and beds
