Arrival and picking up keys.
You can pick up the keys to your vacation rental between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at our office in De Haan, Leopoldlaan 19.
If you’re unable to pick them up then and would like to arrive later, please let us know, and we’ll arrange for a key locker.
We’ll also arrange for a key locker if you arrive on a Wednesday or Sunday.

Where can I park?
The flat does not have its own parking space.
Don’t worry, though – you can park for free anywhere in De Haan.
In some places, however, you do need to display a parking disc.

We do not rent out bed linen and/or towels ourselves, but we do work with an external partner in De Haan for this.

Where can I put my rubbish?
Please dispose of your rubbish in the underground bins in the waste collection area on Christianaplein.
The bins are fitted with a payment terminal. The charge is 2 euro per use, and rubbish must be packed in small bags with a maximum capacity of 30 litres. Rubbish bags are provided in the property.
TO AVOID CAUSING A NUISANCE TO LOCAL RESIDENTS, IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO PLACE YOUR RUBBISH ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE LOCATION MENTIONED ABOVE.

If, on arrival, you notice that something is not quite right, please report this immediately using the contact details above. We will do everything necessary to help you as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, your vacation must come to an end.
Please return the key to your vacation rental to our office in De Haan, at Leopoldlaan 19, by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you are departing on a Wednesday or Sunday, you may drop the key in our mailbox.
Final cleaning is included, but we do ask that you take care of the following:
- sweep the floors
- the kitchen and kitchen appliances must be cleaned (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
- the dishes must be washed and the dishwasher emptied
- the refrigerator must be empty, cleaned, turned off, and left with the door open
- don’t forget to turn off the heat
- empty all trash cans
- remove all trash (garbage bags, paper, magazines, newspapers, flyers, etc.)
- Close the windows
- Remove all food scraps (including those in the cabinets)
- Bring the patio furniture inside
- Remove dust, hair, crumbs, and sand from the sofas and beds
