Arrival and picking up keys.
You can pick up the keys to your vacation rental between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at our office in De Haan, Leopoldlaan 19.
If you’re unable to pick them up then and would like to arrive later, please let us know, and we’ll arrange for a key locker.
We’ll also arrange for a key locker if you arrive on a Wednesday or Sunday.

At Entrance B, take:
The stairs or elevator to the second floor, then the door on the left.
The apartment’s entrance door is the second door on the left.
Where can I park?
Parking space 13/B201 is included with the apartment.
Access to the garage is via Murillolaan, to the left of house number 3.
Important to know: Parking is free everywhere in De Haan.
However, in some areas you must display a parking disc.

Need a plug for the car?
The municipality of De Haan is also busy installing charging stations.
There are already quite a few of them.

Would you like to rent sheets and/or towels?
We do not rent out sheets and/or towels ourselves, but we do work with an external partner in De Haan for this purpose.

Where can I put out my trash?
Please dispose of your trash in the underground containers located on the trash collection street at the intersection of Leopoldlaan and Albertlaan.
The containers are equipped with a payment terminal. The fee is 1 euro per use, and trash must be packed in small bags with a maximum capacity of 30 liters. Trash bags are provided in the residence.
TO PREVENT NUISANCE TO NEIGHBORS, IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO PLACE YOUR TRASH ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE LOCATION MENTIONED ABOVE.

We are available during business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), except on Wednesdays and Sundays, at 059 23 50 01 or info@woestyn.be
If you need urgent assistance outside of business hours, you can reach us at 059 41 85 81.
If you notice upon arrival that something is not quite right, please report it immediately using the contact information above. We will do everything necessary to assist you as quickly as possible.

All good things come to an end.
Unfortunately, your vacation must come to an end.
Please return the key to your vacation rental to our office in De Haan, at Leopoldlaan 19, by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you are departing on a Wednesday or Sunday, you may drop the key in our mailbox.
Final cleaning is included, but we do ask that you take care of the following:
- sweep the floor
- the kitchen and kitchen appliances must be cleaned (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
- the dishes must be washed and the dishwasher emptied
- the refrigerator must be empty, cleaned, turned off, and left with the door open
- don’t forget to turn off the heat
- empty all trash cans
- remove all trash (garbage bags, paper, magazines, newspapers, flyers, etc.)
- Close the windows
- Remove all food scraps (including those in the cabinets)
- Bring the patio furniture inside
- Remove dust, hair, crumbs, and sand from the sofas and beds
