Arrival and picking up keys.
You can pick up the keys to your vacation rental between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at our office in De Haan, Leopoldlaan 19.
If you’re unable to pick them up then and would like to arrive later, please let us know, and we’ll arrange for a key locker.
We’ll also arrange for a key locker if you arrive on a Wednesday or Sunday.

The municipality of De Haan is also busy installing charging stations.

We don’t rent out sheets and/or towels ourselves, but we do work with an external partner in De Haan for this.

Where can I dispose of my trash?
Please dispose of your trash in the underground containers on the trash collection street at Kennedyplein.
The containers are equipped with a payment terminal. The fee is 2 euro per use, and the trash must be packed in small bags with a maximum capacity of 30 liters. Trash bags are provided in the apartment.
TO PREVENT NUISANCE TO NEIGHBORS, IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO PLACE YOUR TRASH ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE LOCATION MENTIONED ABOVE.

Hebt u buiten de kantooruren een dringende interventie nodig, dan kan u ons bereiken op het nummer 059 41 85 81.
Merkt u bij uw aankomst dat iets niet helemaal in orde is, meldt dit dan meteen via bovenstaande contactgegevens. Wij doen het nodige om u zo snel mogelijk te helpen.

Unfortunately, your vacation is also coming to an end.
Please return the key to your vacation rental to our office in De Haan, Leopoldlaan 19, by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you’re leaving on a Wednesday or Sunday, you can drop the key in our mailbox.
Final cleaning is included, but we do ask that you take care of the following:
- sweep the floors
- the kitchen and kitchen appliances must be cleaned (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
- the dishes must be washed and the dishwasher emptied
- the refrigerator must be empty, cleaned, turned off, and left with the door open
- don’t forget to turn off the heat
- empty all trash cans
- remove all trash (garbage bags, paper, magazines, newspapers, flyers, etc.)
- Close the windows
- Remove all food scraps (including those in the cabinets)
- Bring the patio furniture inside
- Remove dust, hair, crumbs, and sand from the sofas and beds
